Attorney Winston Udeh of Dallas; cheating loser

The state of Texas presented Winston Udeh with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Winston guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to respond to client’s reasonable requests for information
  • Failed to refund payments of fees (cheater)
  • Failed to timely cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Winston!)

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Winston by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t actually mete out any meaningful punishment to Winston.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Winston practices with Winston and Associates at 8585 North Stemmons Freeway in Dallas, Texas.
