Reb. Pat Robertson says, Gay friendly churches last stage for religious renunciation
During a recent (early October 2015) airing of his daily comedy show “The 700 Club,” resident comic and celebrated lunatic Rev. Pat Robertson went on yet another bigoted rant aimed at his favorite targets, members of the gay community.
Patty told his low I.Q. viewers that the existence of gay-friendly churches is a sign that we have reached the “last stage of Gentile world apostasy [abandonment/renunciation of religious beliefs]. (Kyle Mantyla)
Patty’s rant was allegedly in response to a viewer’s question who wanted to know if someone who is gay could consider themselves to be a Christian. The homophobic caller went on to say that such a person must be “misguided and a hypocrite.” In response, Patty said:
“There have been gay churches for many years." "They have communion, they do all kinds of things, they have gay pastors and so forth and they'll tell you that, yes, they love Jesus and all this.” “The truth is, if you read Romans, the last stage of Gentile world apostasy has to do with rampant homosexuality.”
In truth, it is Patty the Snake Oil Salesman and Elmer Gantry Wannabee that is the true “hypocrite” who cheerfully goes about pocketing millions while engaged in a despicable crusade at attacking members of the gay community.
One must question why Patty expends so much energy spewing forth his homophobic hatred towards members of the gay community. Maybe we need to ask Patty the following:
“What’s in your closet, Patty?”
