Attorney Katherine Jenkins of Denver; lying cheater

The state of Colorado provided Katherine Jane Jenkins with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Kate guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client in writing re; fees and expenses
• Falsely told client lawsuit had been filed
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to return client file to client after being fired
• Failed to refund unearned fees (cheater)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Kate by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kate.
