Attorney Juan Chardiet of McLean, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Juan Chardiet with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Juan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to terminate or decline representation when required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Juan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Juan practices at 6867 Elm Street in McLean, Virginia.
