Is Judge Timothy Hicks of Muskegon County, MI; certified idiot

 
Judge Timothy Hicks unfortunately sits on the 14th Circuit Court in Muskegon County, Michigan.
 
A couple of years ago, Judge Hicks was assigned a murder case wherein the victim was a marry-wanna dealer who was gunned down during a home invasion robbery who was subsequently found guilty.-
 
Before sentencing Mr. Weissert, the convicted murderer, Judge Hicks made the following asinine rants (is there another kind in regards to Judge Hicks?) from the bench.
  • “Urban myth number one” “is that "drug use is a victimless crime," Hicks said from the bench. "Here we have orphaned children, devastated families.”
  • Myth number two: “‘It’s only marijuana,' " Hicks said.”Marijuana is as evil as the rest of this stuff. ... Marijuana indirectly caused all the carnage."
  • The third myth is that drugs are only a "downtown" problem. "It's a problem everywhere -- in the suburbs, in rural areas," the judge said.
  • And fourth: "The urban myth that you can stay in control of this." Although Sibson never intended it, his drug dealing "exposed his family to danger," Hicks said.
Urban Myths about Judges
  • Urban myth number one - all judges are ethical giants
  • Urban myth number two - all judges are intellectual titans
  • Urban myth number three - all judges provide litigants with their constitutional due process rights
  • Urban myth number four - dishonest/incompetent judges are an anomoly
In cementing his status as a certified idiot and buffoon (my sincerest apologies to idiots and buffoons), Judge Hicks finds it convenient to attack the victim in lieu of the murderer.
 
Judge Hicks has the chutzpah to defend his asinine opinion by stating that the dead man “exposed his family to danger” because he dealt in valuable marijuana. Hmmm, Mr. Wizard is there another kind of marijuana?
 
In Judge Hicks’ demented mind, a victim of any of the following crimes would be at fault rather than the criminal.
 
A rape victim for walking home from work in the wee hours
A 10-year-old girl who was sexually assaulted because the pedophile thought she was 11-years-old
An unsuspecting victim who accepted an invitation for dinner from the late Jeffrey Dahmer (hear tell that Jeff’s rump roast recipe was just out of this world)
 
Again, we the people are faced with putting up with yet another certified Judicial Misfit who actually believes that his “bowel movement is without odor.”
 
This certified buffoon has forever forfeited his right to sit in judgment of the citizens residing in the greater Muskegon, Michigan area.
 
In fact, its time to toss this clown off the bench! He can always apply for a job as a greeter at the local Wal-Mart. And if that doesn’t pan out, there’s always Barber College, right?
 
Conclusion
 
If I was a resident of Muskegon County, Michigan, I wouldn’t bank on the Judicial Commission to take appropriate action by tossing this clown off the bench. In fact, if things go like they have in the past, Judge Hicks will likely be gifted with a “complimentary reprimand.”
