Attorney Karen Laguna of Waterford, VA; idiotic loser

The state of Virginia presented Karen Kirkpatrick Laguna with a law license in 1991.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Karen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct reflecting adversely on fitness to practice law
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to adequately explain basis for fee
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot) 

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Karen by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Karen practices at 16063 Hamilton Station Road in Waterford, Virginia.
