Attorney James Hodges of Alexandria, VA; ethical misfit

The state of Virginia presented Patrick Alexander Hodges with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to decline or terminate representation when required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Jimmy by gifting him  with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Jimmy practices at 3785 Shannons Green Way in Alexandria, Virginia.
