Attorney Hoa Truong of Fountain Valley, CA; idiot, repeat offender

The state of California provided Hoa Phu Truong with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of West Los Angles Law School, which is a Fourth Tier Law School dedicated to taking on losers that could not get accepted into mainstream law schools such as USC, UC Davis and/or Stanford.

The State Bar Court found Hoa guilty of misconduct.

Hoa’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to perform legal services competently (idiot)
• Failed to refund unearned fees (crook)
• Failed to advise client of significant developments in case
• Failed to advise client that INS application denied
• Retained $4,500 in fees for working for 3 hours; refused to refund unearned fee for more than one year and only after victims filed ethics complaint

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Dave practices with Truong and Associates at 10221 Slater Avenue in Fountain Valley, California, which is located in Orange County.
