Attorney David Spieker of Modesto, CA; moronic crook

The state of California provided David Michael Spieker with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Golden Gate University Law School in San Francisco.

The State Bar Court found Dave guilty of misconduct

• Failed to perform legal services competently (moron)
• Failed to return unearned fees (crook)
• Shared fees with non-lawyers
• Aided non-lawyers to engage in the illegal practice of laws
• Abandoned loan modification business leaving client files behind

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Dave practices with the Spieker Law office at 744 Milbank Drive in Modesto, California.
