Attorney Mark Lee of Waterbury, CT; slacker

The state of Connecticut provided Mark Fitzhugh Lee with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Waited a year after being paid a retainer to file paperwork on client’s behalf
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Mark by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Mark practices at 35 Field Street in Waterbury, Connecticut.
