Attorney Frank Bankowitz III of Orlando; tax scofflaw

The state of Florida provided Frank J. Bankowitz with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Frankie failed to remit IRS funds withheld from employees’ wages for unemployment, Social Security, Medicare and income taxes for three years.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Frankie practices at 215 East Livingston Street in Orlando, Florida.
