Attorney Richard Albritton III of Panama City, FL; convicted druggie

The state of Florida provided Richard Henry Albritton III with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Florida State University of Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter,  Dick pled no contest on four criminal charges: reckless driving, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and knowingly driving with a suspended license.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Dick practices with the Albritton Law Office at 456 Harrison Avenue in Panama City, Florida.
