Attorney Stephen Rothschild of Los Angeles; convicted drunk

The state of California provided Stephen Davids Rothschild with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in Los Angeles.

The California State Bar Court found Stevie of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Stevie was convicted of reckless driving. During the evening as he was head home in Santa Monica, Stevie struck a bicyclist riding outside of a bike lane.

When police officers arrived they asked Stevie if he had been drinking. He lied by telling them no. However, he failed a field sobriety test and was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.87 percent.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year term of probation.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Stevie practices with King Holmes Paterno & Berliner LLP at 1900 Ave Of The Stars in Los Angles, California.
