Attorney Mark Logue of Philadelphia; convicted druggie

The state of Pennsylvania presented John Mark Logue with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to possession with intent to deliver cocaine on three occasions
  • Sentenced to 3 to 23 months in prison

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Mark practices at 1500 JFK Blvd in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

CAUTION:  Mark does not carry legal malpractice insurance
