Attorney Jennifer Gorby of Salem, OH; thieving loser

The state of Ohio presented Jennifer Ann Gorby with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Jenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly misappropriated (stole) funds belong to her sister and brother-in-law
• Failed to inform client she didn’t carry malpractice insurance
• Failed to maintain client funds in interest bearing account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Selfish or dishonest motive regarding cause of misconduct
• Engaged in pattern of misconduct

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Larry.

Because Attorney Misfits in Ohio are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Jenny was never criminally charged with grand theft.
