Attorney Robert DeMarco of Solon, OH; congenital liar

The state of Ohio presented Robert Paul DeMarco with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland.

The Toledo County Bar Association found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly lied to trial court
• Created potential harm to an expert witness
• Failed to show any remorse for his actions until he was caught

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Bobby practices with DeMarco & Triscaro at 30505 Bainbridge Road in Solon, Ohio.
