Attorney Kenneth Nelson II of Avon Lake, OH; moronic loser

The state of Ohio presented Kenneth Allen Nelson II with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Franklin Pierce Law School.

The Lorain County Bar Association found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to promptly inform client of decisions requiring client’s informed consent
• Failed to reasonably consult with client re: means to accomplish client objectives
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
• Failed to inform client he did not carry legal malpractice insurance
• Failed to deliver client property to client after being fired
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kenny!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Kenny practices at 175 Inwood Blvd in Avon Lake, Ohio.
