The state of North Carolina provided Christopher W. Livingston with a law license in 2000.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar has charged Jon with engaging in the following misconduct.

Chris’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law in Utah
• Improperly filed motion to disqualify a judge
• Exhibited disrespect for judge

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

Chris’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Shared fees with non-lawyer
• Assisted another in the unauthorized practice of law
• Knowingly filed lawsuit against defendants he knew were not liable
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Filed motion for class action certification w/o adequately notifying class members
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a third person
• Used means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass or burden a third person
• Pursued claims for which there was no basis in law or fact (BS)

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina Supreme Court mete out to Chris.
