Attorney Robert Tucker II of Asheville, NC; lying loser

The state of North Carolina provided Robert P. Tucker II with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar has charged Bobby with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly balance all client accounts on a quarterly basis
• Disbursed funds to clients in excess of client trust account for that client
• Improperly took possession of client funds
• Engaged in conflict of interest involving real estate matters
• Failed to send accountings to clients wherein he held client funds for several years
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to record a deed of trust for funds received from client
• Failed to maintain ledger re: funds he held for at least one client
• Made disbursements of client funds w/o first communicating with client
• Submitted false statement to bank

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina Supreme Court mete out to Bobby.
