Attorney Lawrence Kern of Memphis; lying loser

The state of Tennessee provided Lawrence Woodrow Kern with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated court-ordered injunction by advancing funds being held for bank to his client
• Knowingly made a false statement of fact to a court
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Larry practices at 3355 Poplar Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
