Attorney Joe Judkins of Oak Ridge, TN; ethical elf

The state of Tennessee provided Joe Richard Judkins with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Guilty of neglect as delinquent tax attorney for Morgan County
• As much as five years behind in collecting delinquent Morgan County taxes

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Joey practices at 1143 Oak Ridge Turnpike in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
