Attorney Adam Conti of Atlanta; lying cheater

The state of Georgia presented Adam J. Conti with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Emory University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Adam guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Lied to judge that client would testify at hearing
  • Accepted settlement offer on behalf of client w/revealing agency capacity
  • Opposing counsel learned that Tony’s client died the previous year when he accepted settlement offer on client’s behalf
  • Tony admitted to committing forgery and making false statements

Because Attorney Misfits in Georgia are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Adam was never criminally charged with forgery or insurance fraud.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Adam practices at 1201 Peachtree Street NE in Atlanta, Georgia.
