Attorney Mark Wolterbeek of Rindge, NH; lying Dumbo

 

The state of New Hampshire presented Mark Wolterbeek with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

 

The Board of Bar Overseers found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated or attempted to Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another 
  • Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo) 
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest in bankruptcy matter
  • Made false/misleading statement in advertising services

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Mark’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

 

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Mark by gifting him with complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Mark practices in Rindge, New Hampshire.
