Attorney Kent Roth of Ellinwood, KS; lying moron

The sate of Kansas presented Kent Alan Roth with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Washburn University Law School.

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Kent guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Provided false information to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kent!)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Kent by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (October 2015) Kent practices at Ten North Main in Ellinwood, Kansas.
