Attorney David Lipartito of Tucson; ethical elf

The state of Arizona provided David E. Lipartito with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file responses to court’s show cause order
• Failed to respond to opposing party’s motion to dismiss client’s case
• Failed to expedite client’s litigation
• Negligence led to client’s case being dismissed with prejudice
• Failed to withdraw when required to do so
• Engaged in negligent conduct
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Dave practices at 177 North Church Avenue in Tucson, Arizona.
