Attorney Carl Lee of Phoenix; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona provided Carl D. Lee with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Stanford University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Carl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Wrote check on insufficient fund account (rubber)
• Failed to maintain complete client trust account records
• Failed to conduct monthly reconcilations of client trust account
• Failed to timely disburse settlement proceeds on client’s behalf
• Failed to inform interested third party upon receipt of settlement funds
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Carl!)
• Engaged in negligent conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Carl practices at 7830 North 23^rd Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
