Attorney Ronald Ellett of Phoenix; cheating loser

The state of Arizona provided Ronald J. Ellett with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to maintain client’s objectives with funds held in trust
  • Failed to identify potential conflict of interest
  • Failed to safeguard client’s property
  • Converted funds to pay his legal fees (crook)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Ronnie practices with the Ellett Law Offices PC at 2999 North 44th Street in Phoenix, Arizona.

CAUTION:  Ronnie does not carry legal malpractice insurance
