Attorney Richard Ball of Scottsdale; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona provided Richard T. Ball with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to comply with trust account rules and guidelines
  • Failed to hold client property separate from his property
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to maintain required duplicate deposit slips

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Dick practices with Richard T. Ball PLLC at 7150 East Camelback Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.

CAUTION:  Dick does not carry legal malpractice insurance
