Judge Tatiana Coffinger of Indian Lake, NY; scofflaw, loser

The state of Kentucky presentedTatiana Newidomy Coffinger with a law license in 20011 after she graduated from the Albany School of Law.

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Tatiana guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Personally solicited contributions on behalf of a political organization on four separate occasions by posting on social media an invitation to a fundraising event on behalf of the Hamilton County Republican Committee.
• Failed to uphold the integrity and independence of the judiciary by failing to maintain high standards of conduct so that the integrity and independence of the judiciary would be preserved
• failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
• Improperly solicited contributions for a political party's fundraising event at which she was scheduled to speak
• Failed to respect and comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to act in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary
• Failed to refrain from inappropriate political activity
• Improperly allowed her name to be used in connection with activity of a political organization
• Improperly solicited funds on behalf of a political organization

As a direct consequence of her misconduct the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Commission on Judicial Conduct punished Tatiana by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Tatiana practices her so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Judge of the Hamilton County Combined Courts in Indian Lake, New York.
