Failed to act in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary

Improperly allowed her name to be used in connection with activity of a political organization

Improperly solicited funds on behalf of a political organization
As a direct consequence of her misconduct the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Commission on Judicial Conduct punished Tatiana by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. March 2022), Tatiana practices her so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Judge of the Hamilton County Combined Courts in Indian Lake, New York.
