Attorney Frances Li of Minneapolis; ethical dwarf

The state of Minnesota presented Frances Li with a law license in 1998.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Frances guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to supervise suspended attorney she employed
• Allowed suspended attorney to handle client funds
• Assisted suspended attorney in the illegal practice of law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Frances by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
