Attorney Deanna Schleusner of Rochester, MN; lying loser

The state of Minnesota presented Deanna Jeanne Schleusner with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the University of Louisville Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Deanna guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to her
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to comply with court rules and orders
• Failed to file required documents on behalf of client
• Made misrepresentation (lied) to client about status of legal matter
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fees
• Failed to return client file
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Deanna!)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Deanna by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Deanna practices with Ryan & Grinde Ltd. at 407 NW 14^th Street in Rochester, Minnesota.
