Attorney Ronald Hinkle of Corpus Christi; ethical gremlin

The state of Texas presented Ronald Kyle Hinkle with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Oklahoma City University Law School.

The District Grievance Committee found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
• Failed to hold client’s funds in trust account
• Failed to abide by client decisions concerning the objectives and general methods of representation

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Ronnie practices with Hinkle & Villarreal PC at 800 North Shoreline in Corpus Christi, Texas.
