Attorney Brent Wasserstein of Houston; cheating loser

The state of Texas presented Brent Marshall Wasserstein with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from California Western School of Law.

The District Grievance Committee found Brent guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of case
  • Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
  • Failed to refund advance payments of fees
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Brent!)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Brent by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Brent practices with the Law Offices of Brent M. Wasserstein at 9898 Bissonnet Street in Houston, Texas.
