Judge Robert Cerrato of Yonkers, NY; cheating loser

The state of New York presented Robert Charles Cerrato with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Pace University Law School.

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct charged Judge Cerrato with engaging in the following misconduct.

Repeatedly used judicial position to assist in daughter’s divorce case

Repeatedly charged $200 to preside over weddings when New York state law limited said fees to $100

Rather than file any response to the charges as aforementioned, Bobby took the coward’s way out and agreed to resign his judicial position in January 2016.

Because Judicial Misfits in New York are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Bobby was never criminally charged with fraud and/or theft for charging couples $200 to preside over their marriages.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Bobby the Cheater continues to sit as a City Court judge in Yonkers, New York.
