Attorney Aloysius Hoang of Houston; ethical gremlin

The state of Texas provided Aloysius Duy Hung Hoang with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from South Texas Law College.

The Texas Ethics Commission found Aloysius guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to properly disclose in-kind contributions
  • Failed to provide dates of political expenditures
  • Failed to set forth total political contributions and expenditures

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Public Official Misfits at the Texas Ethics Commission punished Aloysius by gifting him with a complimentary $200 fine.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Aloysius practices law at 801 Congress Street in Houston, Texas.
