Attorney William Hanlon of Sugar Land, TX; repeat offender

The state of Texas presented William Conrad Hanlon with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The District Grievance Committee found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated terms of prior disciplinary suspension
  • Failed to pay attorney’s fees
  • Failed to pay restitution to one or more clients
  • Failed to provide required affidavits to State Bar of Texas
  • Failed to surrender bar card and license

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Billy practices in Sugar Land, Texas.
