Solicitor Jeffrey Garrett of Australia; lying loser 

The Law Society presented Jeffrey Leslie Garrett with a law license in 1991.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud or misrepresentation
• Intentionally deceived parties in mediation negotiations

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Civil and

Administrative Tribunal punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $15,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Jeff practices with Atwood Marshall at Showcase on the Beach in Cooloongatta,

Queensland, Australia.
