Attorney James Purple Sr. of Chattanooga; moronic loser

The state of Tennessee presented James Dimmett Purple Sr. with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to advise client of status of litigation
• Failed to adequately prepare for trial
• Took actions without the authority of his client
• Failed to object to key matters in case
• Negligence led to prejudice being visited upon his client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished  Jimmy by gifting him with yet another complimentary censure.

As we speak (October 2015), Jimmy practices at 6406 East Brainerd Road in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
