Judge Sheldon Rand of New York City; moronic loser

The state of New York presented Sheldon Rand with a law license in 1962 after he graduated from the Brooklyn Law School.

In one matter, Sheldon presided over a case wherein he ruled that New York taxpayers would be forced to pay for a sex-change operation for a 21-year-old transsexual that was seeking to become a woman.

Because Brian Lopez was in the custody of the Administration for Children’s Services as a child, Sheldon the Moron ruled that this mean he was a ward of the city of New York for the balance of his life.

Fortunately for the taxpayers of New York City, the Court of Appeals reversed Sheldon’s asinine order that the city had to pay for Lopez’s sex-change operations.

If in fact Sheldon is so concerned about Lopez having a sex-change operation, then maybe he should consider personally footing the bill rather than the taxpayers.

As we speak (October 2014), Sheldon the Moron remains sitting as a Family Court judge in Manhattan, New York.
