Attorney Trace Rabern of Santa Fe, NM; ethical misfit

The state of New Mexico presented Trace L. Rabern with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the University of New MexicoLaw School.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Trace guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Trace found it acceptable to not communicate with a client.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Trace by gifting her with a complimentary 3-year term of unsupervised probation.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Trace practices with The Frith Firm at 119 East Marcy Street in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
