The Law Society of Alberta presented Richard J. Glenn with a law license in 1986.

Ethics investigators for the Law Society of Alberta found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fulfill commitments made to client
• Failed to respond to client communications
• Failed to keep client informed as to progress of her matter
• Failed to provide client with her file upon withdrawing

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $1,000 fine.
