Attorney Sarjan Luthra of Calgary, CAN; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society of Alberta presented Sarjan S. Luthra with a law license in 2001.

Ethics investigators for the Law Society of Alberta found Sarjan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to protect the interests of his client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Represented more than one party in regards to the same conflict without obtaining
• the consent of all parties involved

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Sarjan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Sarjan practices with the Luthra Law Office at Unit 10, 3908-97 Street in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
