Attorney Teresina Bontorin of Alberta, CAN; ethical misfit

The Law Society of Alberta presented Teresina M. Bontorin with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Calgary Law School.

Ethics investigators for the Law Society of Alberta found Teresina guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in negligent behavior in failing to recognize potential fraud
  • Failed to follow express instructions of bank in mortgage matter

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Teresina by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and a $5,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Teresina practices with the Teresina M. Bontorin Professional Corporation at 1324 11th Avenue SW in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
