Solicitor Fiona Shackleton of London, UK; greedy loser

The Law Society presented Fiona Shackleton with a law license in 1980 after she graduated from Exeter University Law School.

Fiona is a so-called high-profile divorce lawyer who found it acceptable to biller her celebrity clients hundreds of thousands of pounds for work she failed to record on her time sheets.

Fiona bills £550 ($842) an hour for her so-called legal services. It appears that she added a six-figure sum to both Madonna and Sir Paul McCartney’s divorce bills in a column titled “mark up” on time-sheets that were viewed the The Daily Telegraph.

An additional bill from Fiona was for £85,176.84 ($130,496) on Madonna’s divorce from Guy Ritchie in 2008, shows a “mark up” of £100,000 - £75,000 ($268,000).

There’s absolutely no way that any attorney is worth $840 an hour. In fact, the work Fiona allegedly done was likely worth no more than $150 an hour. I’m sure there were many competent divorce attorneys in London that would have performed the same services for much less then Greedy Fiona charged.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Fiona practices with Payne Hicks Beach at 10 New Square, Lincoln’s Inn in London, United Kingdom.
