Barrister Daniel Macisaac of Nova Scotia; Dumbo

The Law Society of Nova Scotia presented Daniel Macisaac with a law license in 1974.

The Nova Scotia Barrister’s Society found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent legal services (Dumbo)
• Failed to adequately represent Welsh clients re: land purchase
• Failed to review property boundaries on behalf of clients
• Failed to recommend property inspection on land purchase
• Failed to tell client he was also representing the sellers

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nova Scotia Law Disciplinary Board punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Danny practices at 30 Church Street in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada.
