Attorney Gregory Williams of Sunrise Beach, MO; ethical elf

The state of Massachusetts presented Gregory David Williams with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Entered into improper business transaction with client
• Failed to advise client in writing of conflict of interest
• Office employee notarized document w/o witnessing signature

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme court punished Greg by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Greg practices with the Gregory D. Williams Law Firm at 16533 North State Highway 5 in Sunrise Beach, Missouri.
