Attorney Howard Lettman of Mandeville, Jamaica; ethical gremlin

The Jamaica Licensing Commission provided Howard A. Lettman with a law license in 1982.

The Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Counsel found Howie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Acted with inexcusable and deplorable negligence

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Howie by gifting him with a complimentary $150,000 ($1,263 U.S.) fine.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Howie practices with Lettman Murray & Associates at Office G1, Grove Court Complex in Mandeville, Jamaica.
