Attorney Amadu Swaray of Brooklyn Center, MN; ethical gremlin

The state of Minnesota presented Amadu Edward Swaray with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the William Mitchell Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Amadu guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Issued trust account checks to pay personal expenses
• Failed to maintain proper trust account records
• Failed to comply with immigration court orders
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Jordan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Jordan practices with the Swaray Law Offices at 5701 Shingle Creek Parkway in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota.
