Attorney Mark Brownlee of Salem, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided Mark W. Brownlee with a law license in 1988.

The Oregon State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in negligent conduct
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
