Solicitor Murray McAuley of Coatbridge, Scotland; ethical elf

The Law Society of Scotland presented Murray Alexander Thomas McAuley with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

The Council of the Law Society of Scotland found Murray guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Murray!)
  • Failed to pay for fees of a doctor for reports he ordered

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Murray by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Murray practices at 96 Woodside Street in Coatbridge, Scotland.
